Our Terms and Conditions are as follows:

• You must be a legal resident and reside in the Rio Grande Valley.  You must be at least 18 years at the time of entry.
• Participation in the giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
• Limit one (1) entry per person and family. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents will void all entries by that entrant.
• Within two weeks of the close of the giveaway, RGV Flamingo Pools will select the name of the potential winner in a random drawing of all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received during the entry period.  RGV Flamingo Pools will attempt to notify the potential winner within seven (7) days of the drawing. If a potential winner does not respond within two (2) days, RGV Flamingo Pools will then select an alternative potential winner at random from all entries received.
• No cash or other substitution may be made.
• RGV Flamingo Pools reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law.  RGV Flamingo Pools reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• The winner may be required to submit a digital photograph of him/her, which will be posted on the Flamingo Pools website (except where this requirement is prohibited by law). Participation in the giveaway constitutes winner’s consent to Flamingo Pool’s use of winner’s name, likeness, picture, portrait, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional, publicity, or advertising purposes worldwide in any media and on the World Wide Web, in perpetuity, without further payment, consideration, review, or consent (where allowable).
